After almost 7 months in the US this beautiful epoch in my life ends now. Beside lots of valuable experiences which I made during this time I also met a lot of remaining contacts - business ones as well as private ones. Under certain circumstances I’d loved to stay in the US even longer but for now I am looking forward to be back in Germany again. I am especially looking forward to certain people and things, e.g. typical German Cuisine, Autobahn and [no] speed limits, German quality standards, … . But I will also miss things which I learned to appreciate during my time in the US (Pepperjack cheese, 24/7 opening hours, open-minded and nearly always friendly people, cruise control, satellite radio, …).
On Saturday morning I finally landed with an incredibly amount of luggage in Frankfurt and stepped off a plane by now already to the 31. time. My way thru the German Customs wasn’t a problem. After I tried to declare at least a small amount of the real value of goods I had, the guy from the custom told my that the allowance level has been increased up to 430€. 
Btw, despite all the fast food I didn’t increase my weight at all. Even if I am no longer in the US now the blog will stay alive - a next big trip is already in planning..
